does have more than 35 years of experience in sales, manufacturing, business development, change management, coaching, mergers & acquisitions and as a member of executive boards with national and international responsibilities e.g., IBM, Lexmark, Alcatel-Lucent, Ricoh, Olympus and Stryker.

In 2012 Eric founded MedBrainTec
who offers interim- and project management. Focus has been in the MedTech and HealthCare industry e.g., BIOMET (today ZimmerBiomet), compliant concept, Jossi Orthopaedics, Verhaert Belgium, Wagner Visuell, Westfalen Medical and University Hospitals.

Eric also has been member of different associations and advisory boards. He holds a BSc in accountancy and a MSc in economics.
